Blakli Kay Stancomb, infant daughter of Collin Lee and Vanessa Stancomb, was born and died February 4, 2017, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
She is survived by her parents, Collin and Vanessa of Cincinnati, Arkansas; paternal grandparents, Darin and Teresa Stancomb of Cincinnati, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Jackie and Jim Shook of Grove, Oklahoma and Johnny and Joyce Shook of West Fork, Arkansas; maternal great-grandfather, Jack Prestren of Portage, Indiana.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
