Mrs. Allwilda "Jeff" Eubanks, 92, of Blytheville, widow of D. C. Eubanks, died Saturday, June 9, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was born in Pottsville to W.A. and Drucy (Jetton) Nash. She was the last living charter member of the New Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Glenn Eubanks and his wife Carole of Jonesboro; her daughter-in-law, Glenda Eubanks of Blytheville; a brother, John L. Nash of California; four sisters, Letha Payne of Blytheville, Linda Springfield of Shreveport, La., Sue Ross of Niles, Mich., Audra Talley of West Memphis; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Clella Nash; a son, Russell Eubanks; a granddaughter, Jennifer Diane Eubanks; a great-granddaughter, Ashley Buck; six brothers, Otis, Bill, R.D., Jim, Wayne Nash and Joe McCall; three sisters, Mildred Smith, Morene Middleton and Lorene Cooke.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Tommy Joe Carney officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 6--8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
