Springdale — Samuel Franklin Leak, 82, of 508 E. Center, died this morning in the local hospital. He was born Sept. 19, 1881 in Benton County and was a retired Frisco Railway employee.

Survivors are the widow, Edna Hunt Leak of the home; three sons, Gilbert, Harlis and Winifred (Doc) all of Springdale; two daughters, Mrs. Harvey Overton of Springdale and Mrs. John Craig of Tulsa; three brothers, W. A. Virgil and Marion all of Tulsa; one sister, Mrs. Lula White of Tulsa; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Callison-Sisco Chapel. Burial in Friendship Cemetery.
