When JAMES OSCAR WALPOLE was born on March 26, 1882, in Cabot, Arkansas, his father, JAMES, was 36 and his mother, MARGARET, was 36. He married Maudie Alice Jones on June 28, 1908, in Harmony, Arkansas. They had 12 children in 21 years. He died on September 4, 1961, in Mayflower, Arkansas, at the age of 79, and was buried there.
