SETSER, E.H. - Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon for E.H. Setser who died last Wednesday of pneumonia following an attack of the flu, at his home southwest of Gravette. He was about 80 years of age and served in the Confederate army. Uncle Manuel had a large acquaintance and his funeral was largely attended. Many old friends being present from Decatur, Maysville, Gravette and elsewhere. The Rev. John Scoggin conducted the services and burial was made in the Word cemetery. He is survived by his aged wife and six children. The sons are: Dan of Decatur, Homer of California and Lige of Gravette. The daughters are: Mrs. Frank Hopkins, California, Mrs. James Truitt of Gravette and a daughter who lives at home.
