Ms. Garcia was born Nov. 20, 1932 in Brownsville, TX. to Santiago and Maria Martinez. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is survived by 3 sons, Roy Garcia and wife Sherry of West Helena, AR. Ray Garcia of Helena, Randy Garcia and Rhonda Howie of Helena, 2 daughters, Raquel Garcia and Bubba Alford of West Helena, Rene and Doug Fowler of Barton, AR. 4 sisters, Esperanza Martinez of Elaine, AR. Lala Galvan of Brownsville, TX., Sara Gutierrez of Brownsville, and Stephanie Alvardo of Wachula, FL, 1 brother, Oscar Martinez of Anaheim, CA., 11 Grandchildren and 12 Great-Grandchildren. Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday evening from Roller-Citizens Funeral Home
