Robert Earl Imler, 71, of Waldo passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Magnolia Health and Rehabilitation Center in Magnolia, Arkansas.
Robert was born on January 30, 1946 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, to the late David Earl and Nellie Ida Imler. He retired from B and N Construction in Haynesville, Louisiana and enjoyed woodworking.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; sister Lois Staggs; and brothers, Bobby Imler and Willard Imler. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Janell Imler of Magnolia; son Louis Imler and wife Laura of Magnolia; daughters, Stacy Labit of Emerson, and Cindy Magby of Oklahoma; sister Betty Edwards of McAlester, Oklahoma; grandsons, Nathan Labit of Magnolia, Tristan Imler of Magnolia, Landon Imler of Magnolia, and Nolan Wilson of Oklahoma; granddaughters, Madison Labit of Emerson, Tish Capelle, Shelby Wilson, and Courtney Cook all of Oklahoma.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Lewis Chapel with Pastor Steve Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., in Magnolia. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Painter, Brandon Painter, Tristan Imler, Landon Imler, Nathan Labit, and Danny Jackson.
