Danny Cromeans, 54, of Palestine, Texas died Friday, July 10, 2009 at the East Texas Medical Center in Tyler, Texas.
Danny was born September 4, 1954 in Meridian, Texas and was employed for approximately 20 years as a tool pusher for Reliance Well Service and thought of his employer and co-workers as part of his family. He dearly loved and enjoyed being with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Cromeans, granddaughter, Janie Bailey, sisters, Janie Perdue and Linda Sue Cromeans, and father-in-law, Archie T. Graves.
Survivors are his wife, Pat Cromeans of Palestine, Texas; sons, Lesly Cromeans and Chasity Rhodes of Palestine, Texas, Bryan Cromeans and wife Michelle of Emerson, Arkansas, Danny Cromeans and wife Crystal of Magnolia, Arkansas; daughters, Christy Hodge and husband James of Palestine, Texas, Kimberly Bowman and husband Charles of Palestine, Texas; mother, Ida Cromeans of Palestine, Texas; brothers, Buddy Cromeans and wife Linda of Westville, Oklahoma, Jimmy Cromeans and wife Linda of Fruitville, Texas; sisters, Barbara Frye and husband Donald of Westville, Oklahoma, Janice Wilson and husband John of Lincoln, Arkansas; fourteen grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at Lewis Chapel with Bro. Andy Rowe officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be David Shackelford, Ted Graves, Shane Hanson, Bobby Clark, David Graves, Archie Graves, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Archie Graves, Sr., Roy Cromeans, Jimmy Cromeans, James Davis, Bill Cromeans, and Paul Bogues.
