Lou Cornelius Talley, 93, of El Dorado, Arkansas, formerly of Magnolia, Arkansas died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Hudson Nursing Home in El Dorado.
She was born June 8, 1916 in Hempstead County, Arkansas to the late Mark Mills and Susan Lanora (Pickard) Cornelius. Lou retired from Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Magnolia and currently a member of the First United Methodist Church in El Dorado, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman A. Talley; four brothers; and one sister.
Survivors are one son, Aubry Talley and wife Shelia of El Dorado; two granddaughters, Amanda Daugherty and husband Jacy of Little Rock and their daughter, Catherine, Annette Castlebury and husband Casey of Batesville and their daughter, Anna Leigh.
A family visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from at Lewis Funeral Home in Magnolia with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Brittany Richardson officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of El Dorado.
