When Frank Bernard Klimek was born on February 12, 1924, in Joliet, Illinois, his father, Frank, was 29 and his mother, Elizabeth, was 21. He had four children with Charlie Flaye Rhodes. He died as a young father on July 26, 1957, in Phillips, Arkansas, at the age of 33, and was buried in Helena, Arkansas.
