Rockey Allen Hubbard, age 59 of Helena, Arkansas, was born Sunday, November 17, 1957 in Elaine, Arkansas to James Albert Hubbard and Florence Nellis. He worked as a Logger.
Rockey passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. He leaves to treasure his memory his companion of 21 years, Linda Mims; his children, Rockey Allen Hubbard, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas; David Allen Hubbard of Hicksville, Arkansas and Priscilla Nichole Rohrscheib of West Helena, Arkansas; his brothers James Calvin Hubbard of Clarksdale, Mississippi; Gene Leonard Self of West Helena, Arkansas and a host of other relatives and friends.
