When Louis J Biggs was born on May 28, 1918, in Faulkner Township, Arkansas, his father, Louis, was 32 and his mother, Myrtle, was 33. He married Nina Mae Lawrence on October 7, 1936. They had two children during their marriage. He died on March 13, 2002, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 83, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.
