*Obituary
Anne was born in East McKeesport, Pennsylvania on August 22, 1910. She was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Magnolia, Arkansas and attended First United Methodist Church in Russellville, Arkansas and Williams Memorial United Methodist Church in Texarkana, Texas. At the age of 96, she is preceded in death by her husband Charles Lynn Weber, M.D., her sons Charles H. Weber, M.D. and Michael L. Weber, her daughter Charlanne W. Reaves, and two grandchildren, Lynnea R. Roberts and Charles P. Weber, M.D.

Anne's solid Christian faith and guidance was expressed not only in her home, but also in the community. Anne became a member of First United Methodist Church Magnolia in 1940 and treasured the friendships she made through United Methodist Women. She was also an active member of the P.K. Merrill Sunday School class in Russellville, Arkansas. The last few years of her life were spent at Cornerstone Retirement Community in Texarkana, Texas where at the age of 93 another group of "dear friends" were made.

Her love of literature and reading is evidenced by her service to the Asa Garrett Columbia County Library Board for 43 years. Anne served or was a member of the Girl Scouts of America, Girls State and American Legion Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Quota Club of Magnolia, Eastern Star, and the American and Arkansas Medical Auxiliary. At her death, Anne was an active member of PEO. She served the needs of the residents of Columbia County with her dedication to the American Cancer Society Board. Her devotion to Magnolia was enormous. It was always "home" to her.

A life of service, concern for others, and a commitment to God will be Anne Weber's legacy. She never uttered a cross word about anyone, never raised a voice in anger, and always maintained a calm, loving demeanor. Anyone who ever met her, loved her instantly. She was a true and loyal friend. She possessed all the attributes of a true lady. Her kind, sweet, and gentle spirit was the bond that held our family together. Our lives will be forever changed by her absence, although we know we have been so richly blessed by her amazing life. We are grateful to God for the life of Anne Weber. Our peace and joy rest in the knowledge that she is now in heaven surrounded by loved ones that left her far too early.

Anne is survived by one son Patrick L. Weber, M.D. and wife Mary Katherine of Texarkana, Texas; two Daughters-In-Law, Sue Weber of DeSoto, Missouri and Carole Weber of Little Rock, Arkansas; one son-in-law Roy Reaves and wife Becky of Russellville, Arkansas; thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends. Anne is also survived by her loving caregivers who became her family.

A celebration of her life will be held at Cornerstone Retirement Community in Texarkana Saturday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church Magnolia, Arkansas at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Magnolia under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home. Family visitation will be Friday evening from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Cornerstone Retirement Center, 4100 Moores Lane, Texarkana, Texas 75503 or First United Methodist Church, 320 West Main Street, Magnolia, Arkansas 71753.
