May 31, 1883 - April 23, 1967
Mrs. Ella Holmes Tuberville, formerly of Camden, died Sunday at a Sparkman Nursing Home. She is survived by two sons, H. L. Tuberville of Sparkman and Porter Tuberville of Camden; three daughters, Mrs. Floyd Brown of Little Rock, Mrs. Gerald Chase of Pine Bluff and Mrs. L. D. Murray of Camden; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Sardis Methodist Church in Sparkman with burial in Sardis Cemetery. Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce was in charge of arrangements. Other survivors include a sister, Mrs. Claude Abbott of Sparkman and a brother, John Holmes of Texas. (Camden News - April 25, 1967)
