When Cletues T Fisher was born on November 3, 1904, in Faulkner, Arkansas, his father, James, was 20 and his mother, Pearl, was 18. He married Floy Jane Potts on December 5, 1924, in his hometown. They had two children during their marriage. He died on October 1, 1996, in Greenbrier, Arkansas, at the age of 91, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.
