Raymond Wesley Little, twenty-nine year resident of Melbourne, Died April 29, 2013 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Arkansas. Ray was born December 27, 1919 in Brawley, California and graduated in civil and structural engineering from the University of California Berkley in 1943 just before entering WWII. He became a Naval lieutenant and served in Africa, Italy, and Yugoslavia while doing reconnaissance on the Adriatic Sea. After the European war ended, he served in the South Pacific.

On August 9, 1947, Raymond Little Married Mary Lawrence, and they made their home in San Francisco, California, where Ray partnered Hayes and Little Engineers. A life member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Ray spent the last years of his professional career traveling as an engineer for the Federal Government. He is survived by his wife Mary and many nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
