*Obituary
Helen Frances Andrey, 69, of Russellville, Arkansas, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born February 15, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York to James and Mary Mannix Mahoney. She retired from United-Built Homes Inc after twenty-three years. She was a member of the Rogers-Rye Post# 2283 Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of the St John's Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband O D "Sam" Andrey; son, Joseph Prochazka; two brothers and a sister.
Survivors include sons, Robert Prochazka & wife Michelle of Russellville, Jerry Prochazka & wife Pam of Russellville; daughters Joanne Robinson & husband Russell of Russellville, Helene Gonzalez & husband Jose of McDonough, Georgia; step-son, Sammy Andrey of Morrilton; step-daughters, Janice Grubb and Claudine Stark of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Jerry Andrey of San Diego, California.; 12 grandchildren, Kristina, Joe, Jeremy, Leanne, Adrienne, Sean, Jerry III, Kelsey, Ashley, Sarah, Ryan, and Rachel; 2 great grandchildren, Chase and Zoe.
Funeral will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 1, 2005, at St John's Catholic Church with the Reverend William Thomas officiating. Burial was in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
