When Cordia Victory Starr was born on August 17, 1888, in Faulkner, Arkansas, her father, Andrew, was 29, and her mother, Mary, was 19. She married William Riley Boyles on January 23, 1910, in Faulkner Township, Arkansas. They had two children during their marriage. She died as a young mother on November 1, 1918, in her hometown, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.
