When Norma June Strait was born on July 21, 1933, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, her father, Peter, was 34, and her mother, Ethel, was 36. She married Donald Lee BOLTON and they had six children together. She also had one son from another relationship. She died on November 20, 2005, in Conway, Arkansas, at the age of 72, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.

Norma June Moncrief, 72, of Conway, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2005, at Conway Regional Medical Center. Born July 21, 1933, in Conway, a daughter of the late Thomas Henry Strait and Ethel Margaret (Hicks) Strait, she was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Lebert Moncrief; four daughters, Victoria Lee Marrero and husband Marcos of Wilmington, CA, Melinda Colleen Erhardt and husband Darryl of Sulphur Springs, TX, Carolyn Sue Crook and husband Steve of Mayflower, Margaret Lynn Linares and husband Jorge of Carson, CA; one son, Ronald Dean Bolton of Torrance, CA; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; one sister, Delvina Pridemore of Tulsa, OK; and two brothers, Bob Strait of Tulsa and Jerrell Strait of Eugene, OR. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Donald Lee Bolton. Funeral services will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with burial following at Mayflower Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
