WOODRUFF, Thomas Patton - T.P. Woodruff died Saturday morning of pneumonia at his home in the west part of town. He had been seriously ill for some time and his death was not unexpected. Funeral services were conducted at the grave Sunday morning at ten o'clock by Rev. Holland of the Baptist church. Mr. Woodruff was seventy years old and had lived in Rogers nine years, coming here from Roxton, Lamar County, Texas. His first wife died here March 3, 1901 but he had since remarried. He leaves seven children, four of whom were here at the time of his death: Mrs. Robert Laughlin of Gravette; Dr. P.C. Woodruff of Stillwell, I.T. and Isaac and John Woodruff of Rogers. The other three live in Texas and were unable to come. Dr. Woodruff returned home yesterday morning.
