When Austin David (AD) Andrews was born on August 1, 1922, in Arkansas, his father, James, was 33 and his mother, Mary, was 27. He married Frances Jewell Brazier on December 24, 1941, in Faulkner Township, Arkansas. They had six children during their marriage. He died on April 29, 1988, in Pulaski, Arkansas, at the age of 65, and was buried in Mayflower, Arkansas.
