When Hozzy W Wofford was born on July 30, 1875, in Faulkner Township, Arkansas, his father, Montery, was 27 and his mother, Annette, was 20. He had seven brothers and three sisters. He died as a teenager on March 20, 1894, in his hometown, and was buried in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
