FAYETTEVILLE — Charles C. Walls, 70, of Fayetteville died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, in Fayetteville. He was born Dec, 15, 1944, in Lexa, Ark., the son of Roy N. Walls and Anna Laura Wooten Walls.
He married the former Ruby Hyden on Nov. 21, 1992, in Fayetteville and was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Walls. He was also a member and superintendent of New Life Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Walls of the home; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb, 18, 2015, at New Life Tabernacle Pentecostal Church of God in Baldwin. Burial will follow in McCord Cemetery under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home.
