Mother: Pearl Elizabeth Rutland
When Bruce Wayne Palmer was born on July 15, 1950, his father, Henry, was 21 and his mother, Pearl, was 28. He had two sisters. He died as a child on July 31, 1958, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and was buried in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
