SPRINGDALE — Mary Helen Terry, 55, of Springdale, passed away Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born March 20, 1961, in Searcy, Ark.

Mary was the Ward Secretary for the Northwest Medical Center Emergency Room for many years. She was an active member of Mission Blvd Baptist Church in Fayetteville where she was active in many aspects of the work of the church and was especially active in the AWANA program, which she enjoyed the most.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Linda Louise Hamlin. She is survived by her husband of 15 years, James Terry of the home; one uncle, Carl Curtis and wife Jackie of Gentry, one aunt, Pat Curtis of Powell, Wyoming, and several cousins along with their families.

Memorial services will be Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Mission Boulevard Baptist Church, 2006 Mission Blvd., Fayetteville, Ark. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency. The address is ARORA, 1701 Aldersgate Road, Suite 4, Little Rock, Ark. 72205.
