Margaret Edwardine Parnell Taunton, age 87, of Warren, AR. died Thursday, July 25, at B.C.M.C. Born September 4, 1925 in Warren, AR. a daughter of the late Eli Edward Parnell and Eltekeh Grider Parnell she was a retired secretary and member of Union Methodist Protestant Church in Strong. Also, preceding her in death were spouses Leo Harper on July 17, 1986 and Ralph Taunton on May 8, 2013. Survivors are 1 step daughter Thresia Jo Kinney, Seattle, WA. 1 brother Eddie Wayne Parnell and spouse Shirley, Warren, AR. 1 grandchild. Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at Frazers Chapel with Rev. Wayman Mann and Rev. Charles Simpson officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Burial was in Hickory Springs Cemetery by Frazers Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Steve Parnell, Raymond Parnell, Wayne Parnell, Mike Grider, Robert Carrol Grider, R.L. Gates and Jerry Crow. Honorary pallbearer was Dr. Kerry Pennington and Aber Gannaway.
