Amanda C Brickey was born February 5, 1841 in and died January 16, 1889 in Alma, Crawford County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of David Brickey and Mary Polly Thornberry. In about 1860 she married Hiram Van Buren Abercrombie and they were blessed with 6 children: William B, John T, James Floyd, Cora Rebecca May, Edward L, and Young David B
