Twanet Lumpkin Secrest, 68, of Alma, Arkansas passed away Sunday February 28, 2016 at Alma Healthcare and Rehab. She was a retired Nurse for Sparks Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas and a member of the Church of Christ in Alma. She was born November 1, 1947 in California to Ozell and Louise Simms Lumpkin. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ray Lumpkin.Survivors include daughter Barbara Pacheco and husband Mike of North Little Rock, Arkansas; sons Kenneth Secrest and Mike Secrest and wife Miriane all of Alma; brother David Lumpkin and wife Judy of Little Rock, Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Brenda Lumpkin of Hot Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren, Eric Pacherco and wife Meagan, Nick Pacheco, Adam Pacheco, Syndey Secrest, Nathan Secrest, Anthony Secrest, Maia Secrest; Great Grandchild, Zachary Pacheco.
