Son of Littleberry Ether (Ethridge) Holloway and Mary E "Doot" Clements.
When Jefferson Lee "Jeff" Holloway was born on February 19, 1906, in Arkansas, his father, Littleberry, was 25 and his mother, Mary, was 23. He married Essie Fay Blackwell on August 18, 1923, in Faulkner, Arkansas. They had four children in 10 years. He died on August 28, 1982, in Conway, Arkansas, at the age of 76, and was buried in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
