Edward Bruce Jump
September 14, 1955 - April 29, 2019
Edward Bruce Jump, 63 of Strawberry, died Monday April 29, 2019 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
He was born September 14, 1955 in Los Angeles, CA to Thomas William Jump & Mary Lou Chapman Jump. He served his country on the Air Force as Vehicle Operator/Dispatcher. He continued in civilian life and an over the road truck driver, specializing in heavy loads.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Nellie Jump; and sister, Sandra Jump.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia Jump; son, Jacob Thomas Jump; daughter, Tiffany Marie Yaeger; step-son, Robert Milton McCadden; 5 grandchildren; and many other friends & family.
The family will hold a private memorial at a later date.

Nellie Coffey Jump, 71, of Strawberry, died March 11, 2016, at White County Medical Center in Batesville.
Born July 18, 1944, in Forrest City, N.C., she lived most of her life in Joliet, Ill. She moved to Strawberry in 2007 and was a over-the-road truck driver.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Marion and Carrie Robbins Coffey; four brothers; and three sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Jump, whom she married Dec. 23, 1998; three daughters, Magdalena Merklin and husband Barry, Buckeye, Ariz., Tanya Pettit and husband John, Strawberry, and Peggy Sue Walls and husband Robert, Joliet, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Tiffany Yeager and husband Blair, Commerce City, Colo.; and a stepson, Jacob Jump, Westminster, Colo.
Graveside service is Thursday at 1 p.m. at Penn Cemetery at Strawberry with pastor Roger Randolph officiating. House-Gregg Funeral Home of Lynn has charge of arrangements.
Visitation is Thursday from 11 a.m. until noon at the funeral home in Lynn.
