Henry Alcorn Osburn, 99, of Alma, Arkansas died Tuesday, April 3, 1990, in a Fort Smith hospital. He was born October 8, 1890 in Sunset, Arkansas to Wiley and Nancy Alice Brown Osburn.
He married Martha Bertha Thomas in Alma, Arkansas on April 9, 1914.He was preceded in death by his wife Martha in 1984.He was a retired maintenance supervisor for the Alma School District, a farmer and a member of Alma church of Christ. He is survived by daughters, Jessie Wofford of Alma, Fern Wyatt of Ozark, Arkansas Imogene Greenfield of Mountainburg, Arkansas Lorene Lloyd of Paris, Arkansas and June Couch of Austin, Texas; sons, Harold Osburn of Alma and Henry Osburn, Jr of Freeport, Texas; sisters, Clyde Mills of Sunset and Violet White of Morris, Arkansas; brothers, Jess, Roy "Dutch" and Floyd, all of Mountainburg; 18 grand - children, 38 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tom Jones, Ron Smith, Bruce and Randy Coleman, Bill Shearer and Jim Hogue.
