Daughter of Meshack Creed (1858–1935) and Mary Ann Langston (1859–1936).
Carl Millie Creed was born on July 25, 1891, in Wooster, Arkansas. She married William Ernest Castleberry on September 3, 1911, in Faulkner, Arkansas. They had four children during their marriage. She died on November 21, 1969, in Faulkner, Arkansas, at the age of 78, and was buried in Greenbrier, Arkansas.
