NOEL, Mo.— Rita Louise Craig Box, 61, of Noel, Mo., died Aug. 23, 2018. Survivors: son, Shannondoa Scott Capps of Iowa; daughters, Christy Martin, Rose Crowder of Lincoln; five brothers, six sisters, 12 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
