Micheal Dale Gattis, 46, of Scranton, Arkansas, died Thursday, January 8, 2004, in his home. He was a member of the Scranton Fire Department.
He is survived by six sisters, Judy and Carolyn Wewer, Brenda Ahne, Deborah Gattis and Irba Thompson, all of Scranton, and Tammy McKinney of Clarksville; and six brothers, Harlen and James Gattis, both of Paris, Larry, John and Willie Gattis, all of Scranton, and Bonnie Gattis of Wichita, Kan.
Funeral services were held on Monday, January 12, 2004, at Murry Funeral Home Chapel in Paris, Arkansas with burial at Prairie View Cemetery in Prairie View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Roy Humphries, James Thompson, Hank Nico, Dennis Ahne, Bub Uptigrove, Adrian Weisenfels, Curt Taylor and Phillip Willhite. Honorary pallbearers were his nephews.
