Shirley Ann "Cheyenne" Utter, 69, of Jacket, died Sunday, December 23, 2018, at her home.

She was born November 27, 1949, at DeQueen, Arkansas, to Robert Jess Suggs and Annie May Brail Suggs. She was employed as a CNA, enjoyed playing cards, music, garage sales and flea markets. She attended the Church of Christ and is preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers, Robert Suggs, Delbert Suggs, Lee Suggs, Johnny Suggs, Jessie Suggs, James Suggs, Kenneth Suggs; one sister, Maudine Taylor; and one great-granddaughter, Carlyn Hammers.

Survivors are two sons, Robert Lee Rusher (Karen) and Danny Rusher, both of Exeter; one daughter, Sherry Cutberth (Donnie), of Washburn; one stepson, Tony Utter, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five stepdaughters, Stormy Pierpont (Donnie), of Joplin, Crystal Scott, of Springfield, Tabitha Madison, of Exeter, and Tandi Goutney (Jessie) and Lyndi Utter, both of Cassville; two sisters, Lois Dutton and Sarah Irons (Sammy), both of Rogers, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.

Funeral is set for 3:00 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge, Ark., with burial at Tucks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is set for 5-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the funeral home.
