Ramona Kathline Beard, 73, of Garfield died November 26, 2018 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville.

She was born March 24, 1945 in Bakersfield, California to William Kiser Swearingen and Inez Roland Swearingen.

She moved from Bakersfield, Ca. to Garfield eleven years ago to make her home. She was a cook at RE Baker Elementary School in Bentonville for five years and enjoyed crocheting and cooking. She loved taking care of her family especially her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Heather Adkins.

Survivors are four daughters, Angelina Christensen of Imperial, Nebraska, Machael Ray (Kenneth) of Seligman, Mo., Nancy Brown (Chris) of Garfield, Crystal Donato of Bakersfield, Ca.; siblings, Judy Waggner Paula Carreno, Bill Swearingen and Douglas Swearingen; thirteen grandchildren, Stori, Courtney, Destiny, Violet, Centhany, Suzanna, Ida, Joel, Aaron, Tiana, Steven, Tim and Dakota; great-grandchildren, Zaya, Isabelle and one on the way.

Service is set for 1:00 p.m. Monday December 3 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Ruddick Cemetery. No Visitation.
