Martha Lucille Wewer, 85, of Scranton died Tuesday, December 23, 2003 in Clarksville.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Scranton, widow of Pete Wewer, attended Senior Citizens in Paris, and was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Emma Hughes Yarbrough; three sisters; and four brothers. She is survived by daughters, Bessie Lee of Wichita, Kansas and Mary Lou Anderson of Delaware; sons, Jerry Wewer and Bobby Wewer, both of Scranton, David Wewer of Paris, Danny Wewer of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Gene Wewer of Batesville, Mississippi, and Eugene Wewer of Clarksville; 20 grand- children; and 30 great-grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were Richard Wewer, Jessie Lovelace, Robert Murray, Travis Tebben, Todd Wilson, and Mike Koch.Honorary pallbearers were grandsons and great-grandsons.

SCRANTON William Pete Wewer, 93, of Scranton died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, in Clarksville. He was an employee for a feed mill and self-employed and an Army veteran of World War II from 1939 to 1945.
He is survived by his wife, Martha; daughters,
Mary Anderson of Delaware and Bessie Lee of Wichita,Kansas; sons, Jerry and Bob Wewer, both of Scranton,Eugene Wewer of Clarksville, Danny Wewer of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Gene Wewer of Batesville, Mississippi and Daniel Wewer of Paris; brothers, Martin Wewer of Paris
and Rev Andrew Wewer of Subiaco; 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mike Koch, Lou Fox, Bob Shelton, Jerrod Wyles, Travis Tebbens and Johnny Gattis.
