James ''Jim'' Owen, 76 of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 in Russell- ville, Arkansas. He was born January 30, 1943 in New Blaine to Lloyd and Georgie Housley Owen. He was a retired maintenance man from Con Agra Foods after over thirty years of service, enjoyed taking care of his yard and was a member of the New Blaine Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, and five brothers. He is survived by his wife of forty seven years, Lucy Price Owen; step daughter, Jennifer Pierce and husband Dana of Dover; step grandchildren, Amos Pierce, Josh Pierce and Savanna Pierce; three sisters and two brothers.
