Ottis T. Drain, 83 of Fayetteville, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at his home. He was born April 11, 1932 in Delaney, Arkansas. Son of James S. and Arizona (Stacy) Drain.
Ottis served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Roe Drain and Manuel Drain, 4 sisters, Nettie Shackelford, Dean Drain, Ruby Blevins and Loretta Casey and 2 infant brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Florence (Calhoun) Drain of the home, 3 sons, Sherman Drain of Fayetteville, Stephen Drain of West Fork, and Stanley Drain and wife, Terry of Lowell; 2 sisters, Greta Couch of Fayetteville and Faye Mooney of Moberly, Missouri; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Moore’s Chapel with burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery near Crosses.
