Kenneth Halbert, 84 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in Paris. He was born December 27, 1932 in Waco, Texas. Kenneth was a United States Marine Corp Veteran and was a former Police Officer in Torrance, California. He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Berry Halbert; his parents, Andrew and Rose McDonald Halbert; brothers, James and Bill and sister, Varve. He is survived by children, Elaine Halbert Greenwood, David Halbert and wife Janet, Joyce Halbert Olivier and husband Art, Kenneth Halbert, Jr and wife Shannon; his step children, Linda Kalesh Feyen, James Boatman and Tom Boatman; sisters, Olive, Katherine and Rosemary and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
