GOULD - Willy Lynn King, 69, of Gould died November 05, 2008.
He was born Feb. 26, 1939, at Dumas, a son of the late Charlie Opal King and Pauline
Margaret Parsons King.
He retired from the Arkansas Department of Corrections and was a member of Bethal Baptist
Church. He was a Mason.
Survivors include four brothers, Vernie King of Pine Bluff, Charles King of Gould, Jimmy
King of Jonesboro,and Dennis King of Dewitt; and two sisters, Mary (Mrs. Bobby) Tarlton
and Frances Flowers, both of Gould. He was preceded in death by sisters Charline Ezell
and Linda Chaddick, and a brother, Jerry Scott King.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. at Bethal Baptist Church near Gould by Pastor Bruce Cox of
Bethel, and former Bethel Pastor, Bob Lamb. Burial was in Dark Corner Cemetery by Griffin
Funeral Home at Dumas.
