GOULD - Amy F. Blankenship, 93, of Gould, Ark., born May 6, 1909 in Gravelly, Ark., the daughter of the late Arthur Aaron and Mary Jane Poda Hunt.
Mrs. Blankenship was a member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker. She departed this life Nov. 26, 2002 in Dumas, Ark.
Visitation was held Wednesday, 7-9 p.m. in the Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Services held Friday, Nov. 29, 2002 at 2 p.m., Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Smith followed by interment in Dark Corner Cemetery.
Survivors are two sons, Ray Blankenship of Gould, Ark., and Jimmy Blankenship of Dumas; brother, J.A. Hunt of Waldron, Ark.; and a sister, Irene Gray of Andersen, Ind.; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, Ark. (870) 382-4352.
