Patricia Ann “Pat” McCoy, 87, of El Dorado, was called home by her heavenly father on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
Born in Haworth, OK on May 6, 1931, she was the daughter of Clifford and Clara Savage. Pat graduated in Haworth. She and Bill married in 1949 and moved to El Dorado a short time later to work and raise their family. She loved to cook and share recipes with friends and family. Pat was a talented artist and found great joy in drawing and painting. She was an avid doll collector and restored dolls for her family and friends. She could take a doll in pieces and turn it into a thing of beauty. Pat will be forever remembered by her children and grandchildren for her great love and dedication to her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and the love of her life for over 60 years, Bill McCoy.
She leaves to cherish her memory daughter, Carola Williams; sons, Cliff McCoy (Donna), Chris McCoy (Judy); six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend special recognition and appreciation to Judy Crow and Mary Taylor for their friendship and selfless care and devotion to our mother.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2018, at Young’s Chapel and visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
