ROGERS — Ruby Jean Hufman Huckabee, 76, of Rogers died April 28, 2000, at her home. She was born Nov. 20, 1923, in Sedalia to John Thomas Elkins and Mary Cornelius Rambo Whiting.
She was the former owner of Huckabee's Upholstery Shop and recently was employed by Decision Point of Springdale. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ivan Ira Hufman, and her second husband, Kirby Doyle Huckabee.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Harold Howard Hufman and Virginia of Rogers; one daughter and son-in-law, Iva Jean Edgeworth and Clarence of Rogers; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers with the Rev. Ben Rowell officiating. Burial will be in Rambo Cemetery in Clifty. Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
