Aubry H. Talley, 401 Cordelia Ave., died suddenly Tuesday morning in a Magnolia hospital at the age of 67. Mr. Talley was a native and life-long resident of Columbia County. He was a retired switcher for Tidewater Oil Co. He is survived by his widow; one son, Larry Talley of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Sarah Childress of Atlanta, Tex., and Mrs. Sherry Fullenwider of Waldo; four brothers, Homer Dee Talley, Spotsville, Abe Talley, Lawson, Cooksey Talley, El Dorado, and Carthel Talley, Spotsville; and one grandchild. Services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the Bethlehem Church, Spotsville Community, officiated by Rev. Jimmy Henry and assisted by Rev. Chester Bullock. Interment will follow in Magnolia Memorial Park under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Wendell Talley, Chaney Talley, Junior Talley, Billy Martin, Hughie Young and Mike Love.
