Madge Hicks, 81, of Atkins, Arkansas passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock. She was born November 17, 1934, in Parkdale, daughter of Tom and Winnie Myers.
She was a member of the Atkins First Baptist Church for 47 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and a sister.
She is survived by her husband, Billy H Hicks; 2 sons, Vic Hicks and wife Nancy of Atkins, and Jeff Hicks and wife Tess of Russellville, Arkansas; daughter, Rannah and husband Xavier Zamora of Houston, Texas; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 2, at Lemley Chapel with Rev David Downum officiating. Burial is in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, at Lemley Chapel.
Pallbearers are Dwayne Luter, Charles Martin, Bobby Lane Pitts, James Alexander, Robert Tackett, and Danny Cheek.
