Charles L. Malone, age 77 passed away on April 3, 2013 at Christus St. Michael in Texarkana, TX. He was born on August 27, 1935 in Willisville, AR to Glen B. and Mary Jane (Burchfield) Malone.
Charles attended Greers Chapel Methodist Church. He was a retired truck driver for Jack B. Kelly Trucking. He loved being outdoors and was an avid fisherman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather who will be greatly missed by all.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Virginia Malone of Magnolia; two daughters, Mary Cranford and husband, Joe of Magnolia; Rita Parham of Lewisville; two step daughters, Barbara Westbrook and husband, Jay of Stamps and Sharon Raines and husband, Gene of Warren; four grandchildren, Sydney and Nick Parham, Tera Cranford and Sherry Brian; three great grandchildren, six step grandchildren, six step great grandchildren, one step great great grandson and a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Minnie Malone and son, James Malone.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Mark Lasater officiating under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Magnolia.
Visitation will be from 6-8pm Friday evening at Bailey Funeral Home.
