Oliver James Hageman, 88, of DeWitt died February 20, 2014. He was born on May 13, 1925, in Gillett, AR, to Henry and Alma Anna Stelzer Hageman. He was a mechanic and a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and eleven siblings.
Survivors include his wife Clarice Pottorff Hageman; three children and their spouses Kathy Seyller ( Jerry) of Stuttgart, Marlyn Smith (Ronnie) and James Hageman (Ester) both of DeWitt; seven grandchildren and their spouses Eric Seyller (Rebecca), Crystal Seyller, Robert Smith (Arica), Jonathan Smith (Valerie), Jessica Purvis (Joe), Kyler and Cory Hageman; and twelve great grandchildren Tristen Seyller, Emmie Seyller, Addie Seyller, Braden Smith, Payton Smith, Paige Smith, Hudson Smith, Whitlee Smith, Deacon Smith, Jaden Criddle, Katlyn Purvis, and Xander Purvis.
Funeral services were February 23, 2014, at St. Luke Lutheran Church with burial in Cedarcrest Memorial Gardens by Essex Funeral Home. essexfuneralhome.com
