BENTONVILLE — Jersey Dianne Bridgeman, age 6, of Bentonville, departed this life Nov. 20, 2012. She was born in Siloam Springs on Nov. 14, 2006, and was a kindergarten student at Sugar Creek Elementary school.
Survivors include her mother, DesaRae Bridgeman; a sister, Leah Dawn Bridgeman; maternal grandparents, Rocky and Vickie Price of Bella Vista; great-grandparents, Walter and Janice Ball of Okean, Belle Price of Mountain View; uncles, Neil Summers (Regina James), Nathan Fairbanks, Dustin Fairbanks, Thomas Bridgeman, Mike Bridgeman; aunts, Jennifer Rollins (Tommy) and Candice Sims (David).
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday in the Rollins Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in Bentonville Cemetery.
