Margie Martin, 93, of Atkins, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015, at her home. She was born February 9, 1922, in Caglesville, Arkansas daughter of Will and Elsie Tyler Linton. She retired from Atkins Pickle Company and was a charter member of the Hillcrest Pentecostal Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wesley Martin; son, Finis Martin; daughter-in-law, Scottie Martin; great-grandchildren, Jerrica Sweeden and Dustin Brown; and great-great-grandson, Ethan Hicks.
She is survived by sons, Bill Martin, Jerry Martin, and Charles Martin and wife Janie, all of Atkins, Arkansas ; daughters, Kathryn and husband Carl Long of Morrilton, Arkansas Marilyn and husband J L Deal and Louise and husband Robbie Sweeden, all of Atkins, Arkansas and sisters, Viv Alston and Virginia Crum.
Pallbearers were grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be great-grandsons.
Memorials in her honor may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 2405 East Parkway, Suite 3, Russellville, Arkansas 72802.
